This Privacy Policy explains how 13PH LTD, trading as Vash Provodnik / Ваш Проводник, collects, uses, stores and protects your personal information.

Important: Because of the nature of the service, you may choose to share sensitive personal information. Where required, we will ask for your explicit consent before processing this information for the purpose of considering your request and providing the service.
This Privacy Policy may be provided in English and Russian. The English version is the legally binding version. The Russian version is provided for convenience and understanding. If there is any conflict between the English and Russian versions, the English version will prevail.

This Privacy Policy explains how 13PH LTD, trading as Vash Provodnik / Ваш Проводник, collects, uses, stores and protects your personal information.

13PH LTD is a private limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 10602403. Our registered office is 1053 London Road, Leigh-On-Sea, Essex, England, SS9 3JP.

For data protection purposes, 13PH LTD is the data controller for the personal information described in this policy.

2. What this policy covers

This policy applies when you visit our website, contact us, book a session, complete an intake form, attend a session, purchase or download a guide or workbook, subscribe to updates, or otherwise communicate with us.

Vash Provodnik provides preparation and integration support informed by regression therapy and hypnotherapy for adults aged 18+.

The service is non-medical and non-clinical. It is not medical care, psychiatric care, psychological care, psychotherapy, counselling, physiotherapy, diagnosis, treatment, emergency support or crisis support.

3. Personal information we may collect

We may collect and process the following types of personal information:

  • Identity and contact details, such as your name, email address, phone number, country, time zone and preferred language.
  • Booking and payment information, such as the service you booked, appointment time, payment status, transaction reference and invoice or receipt details.
  • Communication information, such as emails, booking messages, form submissions and logistical messages.
  • Intake information, such as your reason for contacting us, your goals, your context, suitability information, consent records and information you choose to provide before a session.
  • Limited service records related to your booking, consent, communications and service delivery.
  • Sensitive personal information that you choose to share, such as information about your emotional state, mental health, personal history, significant experiences, relationships, wellbeing or other sensitive context.
  • Recording information, only if you specifically request or agree to a recording. Sessions are not recorded by default.
  • Technical and website information, such as IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, cookie preferences and analytics data, where applicable.
  • Marketing preference information, such as whether you have subscribed to updates and whether you have opted out.

4. Sensitive personal information / special category data

Because of the nature of the service, you may choose to share sensitive personal information. This may include information about your emotional state, mental health, personal history, significant experiences, relationships, wellbeing or other personal matters.

Under UK data protection law, some of this information may be special category data.

We only ask for information that is relevant to considering your request, providing the service, keeping appropriate records, meeting legal obligations and protecting safety where necessary.

Where required, we will ask for your explicit consent to process sensitive personal information for the purpose of considering your request and providing the service.

You can withdraw your explicit consent at any time by emailing office@vashprovodnik.com. Withdrawal will not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal. If you withdraw consent, we may not be able to continue providing the service.

5. Information about external experiences

Some clients may choose to share information about intense, unusual or significant personal experiences they have already had, including experiences connected with lawful retreats, personal-development processes, spiritual experiences, travel or other external activities.

We process this information only where you choose to share it and only for the purpose of understanding the context of your request and providing integration support within the boundaries of the service.

We do not provide, recommend, arrange, facilitate or advise on substances, dosages, sourcing, legality, retreats, ceremonies, facilitators, centres, travel or related services.

  • arrange and manage bookings;
  • process payments and issue receipts;
  • assess whether the service is suitable and within scope;
  • provide preparation and integration support informed by regression therapy and hypnotherapy;

  • provide free or paid guides, workbooks or digital materials;
  • manage refunds, cancellations, complaints and legal requests;
  • comply with legal, tax, accounting and regulatory obligations;

  • improve our website and services;
  • send marketing or updates only where permitted by law and your preferences.

We rely on different lawful bases depending on the purpose of processing.

In rare urgent safety situations, we may rely on vital interests where necessary to protect life or prevent serious harm.

  • Booking or scheduling tools, such as Calendly.
  • Video-call platforms, such as Zoom or Google Meet.
  • Email, document and workspace providers, such as Google Workspace or similar tools.
  • Website hosting, website analytics, cookie-management and security providers.
  • Messaging platforms used for logistics only, such as WhatsApp or Telegram.
  • CRM providers used to manage client records.
  • Email marketing providers, where you have subscribed or where marketing is otherwise permitted.
  • Advertising and analytics providers, such as Meta and Google, where relevant consent has been obtained.
  • Professional advisers, such as accountants, insurers, legal advisers or data protection advisers.
  • Emergency services, safeguarding bodies or other authorities where necessary and proportionate to protect life, prevent serious harm, comply with law or respond to safeguarding concerns.
  • Regulators, courts, tax authorities or law enforcement where legally required.

We do not sell your personal information.

10. International transfers

Some of the tools and service providers we use may process personal information outside the United Kingdom, including in the EEA or the United States.

Where this happens, we will take steps required by UK data protection law to protect your information. This may include using providers covered by an adequacy decision, the UK International Data Transfer Agreement, the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, or another lawful transfer mechanism.

11. How long we keep your information

We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including to provide services, keep business records, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes and protect our legal position.

12. Session recordings

Sessions are not recorded by default.

A session will only be recorded if you specifically request or agree to a recording in advance. Recording consent is optional and separate from the general consent to receive services.

If a recording is made, we will explain the purpose of the recording, who may access it, how it may be used, how long it will be kept, and how you may request deletion in a separate recording consent or agreement.

13. WhatsApp, Telegram and logistics

WhatsApp, Telegram or similar messaging tools may be used for practical and logistical communication, such as scheduling, reminders or joining details.

Please do not use these channels for urgent, crisis, medical, mental health, sensitive or detailed session content.

This service is not monitored 24/7 and is not emergency or crisis support.

14. Cookies and website tracking

Our website may use cookies and similar technologies.

Strictly necessary cookies may be used to make the website function.

Analytics, advertising, embedded media or other non-essential cookies will only be used where required consent has been obtained.

We may use tools such as Meta Pixel, Google tags, Google Analytics or Google Ads conversion tracking where appropriate consent has been obtained.

15. Marketing

We will only send marketing emails or updates where we have a lawful basis to do so and where you have not opted out.

If you enter your email to receive a free guide, we may use your email to send that guide. Any optional marketing emails should be based on a separate consent or another lawful basis explained at the point of sign-up.

You can unsubscribe from marketing at any time by using the unsubscribe link in our emails or by contacting office@vashprovodnik.com.

We will not use sensitive personal information for marketing without your explicit consent.

16. Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may have the right to:

  • ask us to correct inaccurate information;

However, no online communication or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Please take care when choosing what information to share by email, forms or messaging tools.

19. Children

Our services are only for adults aged 18 or over.

We do not knowingly provide services to children or knowingly collect personal information from children for service delivery.

20. Automated decision-making

We do not use your personal information for automated decision-making that has legal or similarly significant effects on you.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will be published on our website with the date of the last update.
