These Terms apply when you visit our website, book a session, purchase a digital product, use our materials, or receive services from Vash Provodnik.
Please read these Terms carefully before booking or purchasing anything from us. By booking a session or purchasing a product, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms.
Vash Provodnik provides preparation and integration support informed by regression therapy and hypnotherapy.
The service is offered as non-medical, non-clinical support for adults aged 18+. It may include reflective conversation, grounding, journaling prompts, preparation planning, integration planning, and support in making sense of intense, unusual or destabilising inner experiences.
The Vash Provodnik approach is based on the author's personal experience, training, practice and an author-created method informed by regression therapy and hypnotherapy. Any perspectives, reflections, exercises, questions, prompts or materials shared during the service are provided for reflective, educational and integration-support purposes only.
This service is not medical care, psychiatric care, psychological care, psychotherapy, counselling, physiotherapy, diagnosis, treatment, emergency support or crisis support.
We do not diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, assess or manage any medical, psychiatric, psychological, emotional or physical health condition. We do not provide medical advice, mental health advice, medication advice, clinical assessment or crisis intervention.
If you need medical, psychiatric, psychological, psychotherapeutic, counselling, physiotherapy, emergency or crisis support, you should contact an appropriately qualified and regulated professional or emergency service. In the UK, this may include your GP, NHS 111, a regulated mental health professional, your local NHS crisis team, or 999 in an emergency.
Our work may be informed by regression therapy and hypnotherapy. These are used here as non-medical, non-clinical reflective practices.
The practitioner does not act as a doctor, psychiatrist, psychologist, psychotherapist, counsellor, physiotherapist or other regulated healthcare professional. Any training or experience in regression therapy or hypnotherapy is not presented as a UK-regulated medical, psychological, psychiatric, psychotherapeutic, counselling or healthcare qualification.
We may share perspectives, observations, experience-based reflections, questions, exercises or suggested prompts for your consideration.
These are not instructions, requirements, medical advice, psychological advice, psychiatric advice, counselling, psychotherapy, physiotherapy, legal advice, travel advice, safety advice, emergency support or crisis support.
You are free to accept, reject, adapt or ignore any reflection, question, exercise or prompt shared with you. We do not impose decisions, beliefs, interpretations, actions or conclusions on you.
You remain fully responsible for your own choices, decisions, actions, omissions, health, safety, legal compliance, travel, relationships, finances and wellbeing outside the session.
You agree to use your own judgment and, where appropriate, to seek advice from suitably qualified and regulated professionals before making decisions that may affect your health, safety, mental health, legal position, travel, finances or personal life.
You must not rely on our service, materials, conversations or messages as a substitute for medical care, psychiatric care, psychological care, psychotherapy, counselling, physiotherapy, medication, emergency support, crisis support, legal advice, financial advice, travel advice or any other regulated professional advice.
We work with the person, not with substances.
We do not provide, supply, sell, recommend, source, obtain, handle, administer, prepare, distribute or facilitate any substance.
We do not provide advice, instructions, recommendations or information about doses, dosage, combinations, preparation, administration, effects, safety, sourcing, suppliers, legality, possession, importation, travel with substances, or any other substance-related conduct.
Nothing in our website, materials, sessions, messages or services should be understood as encouraging, advising on, facilitating, assisting or promoting the use, purchase, supply, possession, preparation, administration or combination of any controlled or restricted substance or any unlawful conduct.
We do not organise, provide, promote, recommend, refer to, assess, vet, book, facilitate or arrange retreats, ceremonies, facilitators, centres, practitioners, locations, travel, accommodation or related services.
We do not advise whether any retreat, ceremony, facilitator, centre, location, practice, travel plan or experience is legal, safe, suitable, appropriate or advisable for you.
If you choose to attend any retreat, ceremony, personal-development process, spiritual experience, travel or related activity, that is entirely your own decision and outside the scope of our service. You are responsible for making your own independent checks and obtaining appropriate medical, legal, travel, insurance and safety advice from qualified professionals where needed.
Some clients may contact us after they have already attended a lawful retreat, personal-development process, spiritual experience or other intense experience for their own personal reasons.
Where appropriate and within scope, we may provide reflective support to help you ground, stabilise, process, journal, integrate and identify practical next steps after such an experience.
This does not mean that we approve, endorse, recommend, assess, validate or take responsibility for any retreat, ceremony, facilitator, substance, location, practice or decision that led to that experience.
Our services are only available to adults aged 18 or over. By booking a session or purchasing a product, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
We may refuse or cancel a booking if we believe that you are under 18 or if we cannot verify age where reasonably required.
We may decline, pause, reschedule or end work if we reasonably believe that your needs are outside the scope of this service, including where you may need medical, psychiatric, psychological, psychotherapeutic, counselling, physiotherapy, emergency, crisis, legal or other regulated professional support.
We may also decline, pause or end work if you ask for substance-related advice, retreat or ceremony recommendations, dosing information, sourcing information, legality advice, emergency support, or anything else outside the boundaries of this service.
This service is not suitable for emergencies or acute crisis situations. We do not monitor messages 24/7 and cannot provide immediate crisis response.
If you are in immediate danger or feel unable to keep yourself safe, call 999 now.
If you need urgent mental health support in the UK, contact NHS 111, your GP, your local NHS mental health crisis line, or Samaritans on 116 123.
If you disclose an imminent risk of serious harm to yourself or another person, or a safeguarding concern involving a child or vulnerable adult, we may need to share information with emergency services or another appropriate authority where necessary and proportionate.
The diagnostic / introductory assessment session costs €100 and usually lasts 60–90 minutes, unless another price or duration is clearly agreed before booking.
This session is a non-clinical assessment of your request, context and support needs. It is not a medical, psychiatric, psychological or clinical diagnosis.
Main regression therapy sessions usually last between 2 and 3 hours.
The price is agreed before booking and may range from €200 to €300 depending on the complexity and scope of the session.
The total price, payment method and any applicable taxes or charges will be shown or confirmed before you confirm your booking. Your booking is confirmed only when payment has been successfully completed and you have received a booking confirmation.
Sessions are delivered online using video call, phone, email or another agreed online communication tool.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have a suitable device, internet connection and private space for the session.
We are not responsible for delays or interruptions caused by your internet connection, device, software, or third-party platform issues outside our reasonable control.
Before a session, we may ask you to complete an intake form. This helps us understand the context of your request, check whether the service is within scope, and obtain the consents required to process personal and sensitive information.
We may be unable to provide the service if you do not complete required intake steps or if we reasonably believe the service is not suitable for your needs.
We will treat information you share with care and confidentiality, subject to the limits set out in these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
We may need to share information where required by law, where necessary to protect life, where there is an imminent risk of serious harm to you or another person, or where safeguarding concerns arise.
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Because of the nature of the service, you may choose to share sensitive information, including information about your emotional state, mental health, personal history or previous experiences. Where required, we will ask for explicit consent to process this information for the purpose of providing the service.
If you are a consumer in the UK or another jurisdiction that gives you consumer cancellation rights, you may have the right to cancel your booking within 14 days of the contract being formed, without giving a reason.
Details of how to cancel and the model cancellation form are set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
If you ask us to provide a session within the 14-day cancellation period, we will ask you to give an express request for the service to begin during that period.
If the session is fully performed during the cancellation period, and you have acknowledged that you will lose your cancellation right once the service is fully performed, you will no longer have the right to cancel that session after it has taken place.
If you cancel after requesting early performance but before the service has been fully performed, you may be required to pay a proportionate amount for the service already provided.
You may reschedule a session free of charge if you give at least 24 hours’ notice.
If you cancel or ask to reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice, we may treat the session as used and may not provide a refund, subject to your statutory rights.
If you do not attend a booked session without notice, the session may be treated as used and may not be refunded, subject to your statutory rights.
We will consider exceptional circumstances, including serious illness or acute crisis, on a case-by-case basis.
Where a refund is due under applicable consumer law or under these Terms, we will process it within the required legal timeframe and normally using the same payment method used for the original payment.
If you paid in a currency different from your bank account currency, your bank, card provider or payment processor may apply exchange rates or fees. We are not responsible for third-party exchange-rate differences, card fees, bank fees or payment-provider charges outside our control.
If you purchase or receive digital materials, guides or workbooks, they are provided for personal use only unless we agree otherwise in writing.
If paid digital content is supplied immediately, we may ask you to consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you may lose your cancellation right once the digital content is supplied.
All materials, guides, workbooks, prompts, text, methods and resources provided by Vash Provodnik are owned by us or licensed to us.
You may use them for your own personal, non-commercial purposes only. You must not copy, share, sell, publish, distribute, adapt or use them commercially without our written permission.
Sessions are not recorded by default. A session will only be recorded if you specifically request or agree to a recording in advance.
If a recording is made, we will explain the purpose of the recording, who may access it, how it may be used, how long it will be kept, and how you may request deletion in a separate recording consent or agreement.
WhatsApp, Telegram or similar messaging tools may be used for practical and logistical communication only, such as scheduling, reminders or joining details. They should not be used for urgent, crisis, medical, mental health, sensitive or detailed session content.
Because this work is reflective and individual, we do not guarantee any particular outcome, result, emotional state, insight, improvement, transformation, decision, relief from symptoms, prevention of difficult experiences, or resolution of any issue.
Your experience and results may vary, and many factors are outside our control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.
Subject to that, we are not responsible for losses arising from your decisions or actions outside the scope of the service, including decisions relating to retreats, ceremonies, substances, medical care, mental health care, travel, relationships, work, finances or legal matters.
We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, or for failures caused by third-party platforms, payment providers, internet providers or services outside our reasonable control.
If you have a complaint, please contact us at office@vashprovodnik.com. We will acknowledge your complaint and aim to respond within a reasonable timeframe.
If your complaint relates to personal data, you also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version that applies to your booking is the version available when you make that booking, unless a change is required by law or you agree to the updated version.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer, you may also have mandatory rights under the laws of the country where you live. Nothing in these Terms affects those rights where they cannot be excluded by law.
