This notice explains what to do in an emergency or crisis, and when confidentiality may be limited to protect safety.

Important: Vash Provodnik is not an emergency, crisis, medical, psychiatric, psychological, psychotherapeutic, counselling or clinical service. We do not monitor messages 24/7 and cannot provide immediate crisis response.
This notice may be provided in English and Russian. The English version is the legally binding version. The Russian version is provided for convenience and understanding. If there is any conflict between the English and Russian versions, the English version will prevail.

1. This is not an emergency service

Vash Provodnik provides preparation and integration support informed by regression therapy and hypnotherapy for adults aged 18+.

This is a non-medical and non-clinical service. It is not medical care, psychiatric care, psychological care, psychotherapy, counselling, physiotherapy, diagnosis, treatment, emergency support or crisis support.

If you are in immediate danger, feel unable to keep yourself safe, or believe someone else is in immediate danger, call emergency services now.

Call 999 if someone’s life is at risk, if you cannot keep yourself or someone else safe, or if immediate emergency help is needed.

Call Samaritans free, day or night, if you need someone to talk to.

If you are outside the UK, contact your local emergency number or local crisis service.

3. When this service may not be suitable

This service may not be suitable if you are in an acute crisis, immediate danger, or need regulated medical, psychiatric, psychological, psychotherapeutic, counselling, physiotherapy, emergency or crisis support.

If we reasonably believe that your needs are outside the scope of this service, we may decline, pause, reschedule or end the work and suggest that you contact an appropriately qualified and regulated professional or emergency service.

4. Confidentiality and safety limits

We treat information you share with care and confidentiality, subject to the limits explained in our Terms & Conditions / Client Agreement and Privacy Policy.

If you disclose an imminent risk of serious harm to yourself or another person, or a safeguarding concern involving a child or vulnerable adult, we may need to share limited information with emergency services, safeguarding bodies or another appropriate authority where necessary and proportionate.

This does not mean that all information you share will automatically be reported. It means that confidentiality may be limited where this is necessary and proportionate to protect life, prevent serious harm, comply with law or respond to safeguarding concerns.

5. Communication channels

Email, WhatsApp, Telegram or similar tools are not monitored as emergency or crisis channels.

WhatsApp, Telegram or similar messaging tools may be used for practical and logistical communication, such as scheduling, reminders or joining details.

They should not be used for urgent, crisis, medical, mental health, sensitive or detailed session content.

6. Client responsibility

You remain responsible for seeking appropriate emergency, medical, mental health, legal, travel or other professional support where needed.

Please do not wait for a reply from Vash Provodnik if you or someone else may be at immediate risk.

7. Short emergency notice

This is not emergency or crisis support. We do not monitor messages 24/7. If you are in immediate danger or feel unable to keep yourself safe, call 999. For urgent medical help in the UK, contact NHS 111. For emotional support, call Samaritans on 116 123.
