Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how cancellations, rescheduling, refunds, digital content and no-shows are handled when you book a session or purchase materials from Vash Provodnik.

Important: Vash Provodnik provides preparation and integration support informed by regression therapy and hypnotherapy for adults aged 18+. This is non-medical and non-clinical support. It is not medical care, psychiatric care, psychological care, psychotherapy, counselling, physiotherapy, diagnosis, treatment, emergency support or crisis support.
This policy may be provided in English and Russian. The English version is the legally binding version. The Russian version is provided for convenience and understanding. If there is any conflict between the English and Russian versions, the English version will prevail.

1. Who this policy applies to

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies when you book a session, purchase a digital product, or otherwise buy services or materials from Vash Provodnik / Ваш Проводник, a trading name of 13PH LTD.

13PH LTD is a private limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 10602403. Our registered office is 1053 London Road, Leigh-On-Sea, Essex, England, SS9 3JP.

2. Nature of the service

Vash Provodnik provides preparation and integration support informed by regression therapy and hypnotherapy for adults aged 18+.

This is a non-medical and non-clinical service. It is not medical care, psychiatric care, psychological care, psychotherapy, counselling, physiotherapy, diagnosis, treatment, emergency support or crisis support.

We do not provide, recommend, arrange, facilitate or advise on substances, dosages, sourcing, legality, retreats, ceremonies, facilitators, centres, travel or related services.

3. Session types, prices and duration

Diagnostic / Introductory Assessment

€100

Usually lasts 60–90 minutes.

This is a non-clinical assessment of your request, context and possible support needs. It is not a medical, psychiatric, psychological or clinical diagnosis.

Main Regression Therapy Session

€200–€300

Usually lasts 2–3 hours.

The price is agreed before booking and depends on the complexity and scope of the session.

All prices, payment methods and any applicable taxes or charges will be shown or confirmed before you pay.

4. Your 14-day cancellation right

If you are a consumer, you may have a legal right to cancel your booking within 14 days of the contract being formed, without giving a reason.

The cancellation period usually starts on the day after your booking is confirmed.

To cancel, email us at office@vashprovodnik.com and clearly state that you wish to cancel your booking.

5. If you ask us to start within the 14-day cancellation period

Many clients book sessions that take place within 14 days of payment. If you want your diagnostic / introductory assessment session or main regression therapy session to take place during the 14-day cancellation period, we will ask you to make an express request for the service to begin during that period.

We will also ask you to acknowledge that, once the session has been fully performed, you will lose the right to cancel that session.

If you cancel after asking us to start within the 14-day cancellation period, but before the service has been fully performed, we may charge a proportionate amount for the part of the service already provided.

6. Rescheduling a session

You may reschedule a session free of charge if you give us at least 24 hours’ notice before the scheduled start time.

To reschedule, email office@vashprovodnik.com or use the booking/rescheduling link provided to you, if available.

7. Late cancellation with less than 24 hours’ notice

If you cancel or ask to reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice, we may treat the session as used and may not provide a refund, subject to your statutory rights.

We may consider exceptional circumstances, including serious illness or acute crisis, on a case-by-case basis.

8. No-shows

If you do not attend a booked session and do not give notice before the scheduled start time, the session may be treated as used and may not be refunded, subject to your statutory rights.

9. If we need to cancel or reschedule

If we need to cancel or reschedule a session, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible.

If we cancel a session and cannot offer a suitable alternative time, you will be entitled to a refund for that session.

10. Suitability and refusal of service

We may decline, pause, reschedule or end work if we reasonably believe that your needs are outside the scope of this service or that another form of support may be more appropriate.

Where a session has not taken place and we decide not to provide the service, we will refund the amount paid for that session unless another lawful basis applies.

Where a session has already started or has been fully performed, any refund will depend on the circumstances, the amount of service already provided and your statutory rights.

11. Refund timing and method

Where a refund is due, we will process it within the timeframe required by law and normally using the same payment method used for the original payment.

If you paid in a currency different from your bank account currency, your bank, card provider or payment processor may apply exchange rates or fees. We are not responsible for third-party exchange-rate differences, card fees, bank fees or payment-provider charges outside our control.

12. Free digital guide or workbook

If we provide a free guide, workbook or other free digital material, it is provided for personal use only and subject to our Website Disclaimer and Terms & Conditions.

Free materials do not create a right to paid support, personalised advice or any guaranteed outcome.

13. Paid digital guide or workbook

If you purchase paid digital content, such as a guide, workbook, recording, download or online material, different cancellation rules may apply.

If you ask to receive paid digital content immediately during the 14-day cancellation period, we will ask you to give express consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you will lose your cancellation right once the digital content is supplied.

If you do not give the required consent and acknowledgement, we may delay access to the paid digital content until the cancellation period has ended.

14. Recordings

Sessions are not recorded by default.

A session will only be recorded if you specifically request or agree to a recording in advance. If a recording is made, any cancellation, refund, access, storage and deletion issues will be handled in accordance with our Terms, Privacy Policy and any separate recording consent you provide.

15. Messaging and logistics

WhatsApp, Telegram or similar messaging tools may be used for practical and logistical communication, such as scheduling or joining details.

They should not be used for urgent, crisis, medical, mental health, sensitive or detailed session content. This service is not monitored 24/7 and is not emergency or crisis support.

16. How to cancel

You can use the model cancellation wording below, but you do not have to use this exact wording as long as your decision to cancel is clear.
